Should I consider tummy tuck? Lost 45 kgs, currently at my goal weight (Photo)

During the procedure, if we find that your diastasis is seperated, then we would repair that as well. With a mini Tummy tuck they can only address excess skin below your belly button, but if you do full tummy tuck, excess skin from the upper and lower abdomen in combination with muscle repair

You appear to be a good candidate for a tummy tuck and possibly mini tummy tuck, but it is difficult to tell based on one photo. This can be done through a low and short incision, all completely below the underwear line. The belly button can be designed to look natural with minimal scarring on the exterior. Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flatter and firmer abdominal contour and profile.
I would recommend to obtain an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to further discuss your options and expectations.
