I think that you should go on some consults and establish a relationship with a plastic surgeon you trust. Then you can discuss financing options and get the great result you are hoping for. You will also have great follow up and care from a surgeon in your area. If you travel for your surgery, you will likely not have easy access to your surgeon shortly after the procedure simply because you will have left the area. Remember, this is a long term relationship you are looking to establish. Good luck!

I think it is very important that you find a good certified surgeon who operates in a good hospital or clinic. Safety first. Maybe you should look for special offers or for board certified surgeons close to where you live or abroad. Right now we are runnig a tummy tuck special for 6300 USD including hotel. There are also financing companies, who could help you to finance part or the complete surgery.

Thanks so much for reaching out. I think the most important thing to do is find a surgeon that you are comfortable with. Be sure that is a board-certified plastic surgeon and a body specialist.   Many surgeons offer specials on their prices from time to time. I'm currently having a special for a tummy tuck for $8000 with everything included.   Many offices, such as mine, also offer many financing options. So your goals may be closer than you think.    You should look at their other online sources such as Instagram to look at before and after results.  I hope this helps :-) 

You can check around at different board certified plastic surgeons by going to the ASPS website.  If price is still an issue, you can check with plastic surgery colleges in your area. 

I don't know of anybody that will do that in NY for that price.  You must take into accound the region that you're having this surgery done.  Ultimately if you can't afford to have plastic surgery maybe you should save up until you can.  Remember that cosmetassure will be offered by some and it can help in case anything were to happen unexpectedly after surgery and they will help cover the cost of it.  Prior to surgery it's a minimal expense and I've had it really save the least expecting people a bundle!  Best wishes,

I can probably find you any number of doctors who will do a tummy tuck for 6 thousand dollars. But how much are you willing to pay for the repair surgery, the skin graft after dead skin or belly button, and the time off work for another surgery to do it again--properly?

I could also probably find you a cheap vacation in Mexico, a $20 dollar room in a hotel, and a $50 dollar Coach bag from Korea.

In considering the cost of a Tummy Tuck, you should look at the components of the cost:1. Surgeons Fee. This is usually the greatest part of the overall cost and can vary immensly from location to location (just like the cost of living varies in each location) as well as in the same location, it can vary from surgeon to surgeon. Usually, a surgeon commanding a higher price is very experienced and has very good results reliably, and is very busy due to the above.2. Anesthesia Fee. This can vary depending on if a board certified MD anesthesiologist is used, vs. a nurse anesthetist, vs. a non-certified nurse, vs. only local anesthesia (an awake procedure). Obviously, the further you go down the line, the cheaper the price. You do get what you pay for.3. Facility Fee. This can vary if it is a a state/medicare certified facility, vs. the back of a doc's office.4. Accessories.
