Dr Delia and his team were exceptional ! I got a breast augment done by him this past December and I would do it again in a heart beat ! I am obsessed with my results and how well I’ve healed. My breast look natural just like I wanted ! He was super informative about sizing and which would work best for me. Dr Delia was thorough and thoughtful throughout the whole thing. I never once felt rushed or not heard. Him and his whole team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend him to whoever is looking to get cosmetic work done. I’ve already recommended him to many of my friends !

I was referred to Dr Delia by a friend of mine who is a nurse and had a procedure done with him and she looked amazing. Honestly I was afraid, I have never had been under the knife so to speak except for back surgery but I always hear nightmare stories about cosmetic surgery. But everyone including Lisa at the front desk, the nurse and Dr Delia were terrific, I had the procedure in his office, I felt NO pain which was my biggest fear and I had no drainage issues whatsoever, the recovery was great, I was back at work 2 days later with my undergarment on of course but no one knew and I am thrilled with the results, it has motivated me to work out even more to get healthier.

Great experience with D. Delia. He completed a drainless tummy tuck in may of 2021. He has great bedside manner and did a great job. I have no complaints with my belly-button or scar placement. I am very happy with my results. Dr. Delia's office is very welcoming and his staff are kind, patient and helpful throughout the entire process.

I had a face/neck lift along with my upper and lower eyes at the end of September 2021. I came all the way from Los Angeles to Plymouth for Dr. Delia because my friend had had the same procedures with him and I liked her results but ALSO because his fee was one third of what it would have cost me in L.A. Dr. Delia has a modest office and practice. No money spent on advertising (only word of mouth) for customers. But he's gone to the best schools, is fully board certified, and been practicing for decades. His response when I asked him why he was so affordable was that he was in a working class area and wanted everyone to be able to afford a little nip/tuck! Dr. Delia's bedside manner is warm and comforting and he listens to what you want. He is conservative and realistic in his approach which is what I was looking for. Getting a hold of him for questions or concerns was always easy. And I'm very happy with the results.

Great. My best friend & I went together for facelifts & eye tucks. We are both 65 years old. Dr. Delia answered all our many questions & soothed our fears. He is kind, & has a good sense of humor. Highly recommended!

Exceeded my expectations. This was a medical breast reduction. I was a 34 F-G 5ft 2in tall dress size 0-2. Now 34 C, perfectly proportionate. Even though this was medically necessary for neck and back pain the result was aesthetically perfect. Dr.Delia is a skilled surgeon, I had no complications post op, very little and pain and swelling. This was life changing and I wish I had done it 20 years ago!

Dr. Delia is such a kind and talented man. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He truly changed my life. In March of 2018 I had an arm lift as well as a breast lift. I have lost well over 100lbs with diet and exercise but I still had issues with loose skin on my arms and breasts. I’m 39 years old and I’ve maintained my weight for about 15 years, so I felt like it was finally time to put the finishing touches on all my hard work.

I called Dr. Delia’s office and spoke to Mary who is an absolute delight to deal with. I scheduled a consultation and Dr. Delia showed me photos of previous patients. He explained that there would be scarring and went over the pros and cons. The pros definitely outweighed the cons so o decided to do it! I was very fortunate that Dr. Delia was able to schedule me for the following week. I realize that’s not typical so I interpreted it as a sign that I was making the right decision.

The surgery was a breeze. The nurses and medical staff at the Beth Israel Hospital in Plymouth were fabulous. They were all very kind, comforting and compassionate.

There were times I had some questions and they might have been silly questions, but Dr. Delia and Mary never made me feel that way. They always took time to explain things at length to put my mind at ease.

My recovery was pretty easy. I took 6 days off from work, but I rested for a total of 10 days because I had a couple of weekends in there. I really didn’t feel much pain at all. I only took pain killers the first 2 days to sleep. I just took it easy and I was fine. I followed all of his instructions and went for all my follow up appointments. Dr. Delia gave me advice on how to minimize the scarring. He gave me the proper undergarments. I needed 2 because I had 2 surgeries. He explained my limitations. I felt better and better every week.

I don’t have pictures of my breast lift, but I do have pictures of my arms. For the first time in my lift I’m wearing beautiful strapless dresses and tops with confidence. It’s one of the best decisions I have ever made! I highly recommend Dr. Delia. This surgery was a pleasant experience and it was so much easier than I anticipated!

Here are a couple of pictures of my scars. This is 4 months post op so they’ll still improve. When my arms are by my side you can’t see my scars. I would rather have the scars than the sagging skin, but of course we’re all different!

Please note: RealSelf doesn’t have this procedure listed so I’m listing this under a panniculectomy because it’s close enough.
Last October I had lipo done to my entire abdomen area (see previous review) and went back yesterday for some minor lower abdomen lipo and skin removal. Sonobello calls it “EX” which is sort of like a panniculectomy in the sense that it’s lower pooch removal but not as involved. This was strictly a lower belly skin removal. There was no upper ab skin tightening or muscle repair.
This is a fairly new procedure for Sono Bello so I didn’t see any reviews or photos online but looking at panniculectomy photos gave me a somewhat idea of what to expect.
Surgery: TOTALLY awake which was fascinating. Same idea as lipo - drugs to make you relax and lidocaine to numb the area. The PS had 2 nurses instead of one which was necessary because of the intensity of skin removal. IV put in to keep fluids level. The PS did some minor lipo to the lower abs to make me as tight as possible and threw in some lipo near my belly button since it’s flattened from all the weight loss.
POST SURGERY: same sort of discomfort as lipo. When I had my last procedure I had upper and lower abs, waist, and bra rolls done so just having pain in the lower belly now is a WALK IN THE PARK. Didn’t even need pain meds until tonight because I tried to move around today. I have some stitches along the incision site that will dissolve and just wearing a binder until day 4 when I start wearing a garment.
OVERALL THOUGHTS: I am SO HAPPY. Doctor Delia is amazing and the staff at sonobello is just unreal. It’s only day two and I am swollen as hell and look so damn good. I’m sucking in a bit in my before photos because that’s what I tend to do because of being uncomfortable with my body but because I can’t right now the “after” photos are raw and real. Totally fascinated by being awake - I was hanging out the whole time without a care in the world. Any time I had discomfort, Dr. Delia would numb that area a bit more.
RECOVERY: week off from work (non-negotiable), 2 weeks no lifting over 15 lbs. and light exercise after about 4-6 weeks
RECOMMEND THIS PROCEDURE: ONLY to anyone who is looking to tighten lower pooch skin who is at their goal weight or close to it. This is NOT a tummy tuck so you have to have realistic expectations about it. I’ll still have loose skin above my belly button but I’m okay with that. I’ve just worked so hard for my body (lost 80 lbs) and wanted to finally wear a dress without strapping my stomach down and feeling uncomfortable. Plus, this procedure is so much more affordable.
REVIEW SEQUENCE: I’ll post some photos over the next few days, and then I’ll do a 1, 2, 3, and 4 week photo. Then I’ll post each month until I think you all get the idea of what my journey has been like.

Not much to update. Belly is still a bit swollen. Looking forward to the steristrip to be gone so I can see this scar
