I've been told by one doctor I need a circular TT an other doctor said I need a extended TT and the last doctor I ask said I only need lipo with j plasma. I really don't know what I need because I want my breast done with bbl. Im need someone else point of view on do I really need a TT now or after breast and bbl
Answer: Saggy skin after weight loss You have a beautiful body frame and that will be a wonderful foundation for a great result. You have developed saggy skin on your abdomen, mons pubic area, front and outer thighs, abd definitely buttocks plus your lovehandles are very thick and after liposuction those will be one very saggy. So as expert on After Weight Loss surgery you will be a great candidate for a Lower body lift which means a Circumferential TT and implies a Mons lift, front thigh lift, buttocks lift and tightening of lovehandles. You are not getting any younger (as any of us) so your tissues will only become saggier over the years so thus would be a great time to Lift all that is saggy. If you consider LBL is too much, a great option would be an Extended Tummy Tuck with muscle but no lifting of buttocks, thighs and either lovehandles tightening. Definitely only liposuction is not a good alternative because you have a severe degree of saggy skin and also lipo before TT or LBL is not a good idea because it will leave a lot of scar tissue which will ruin the possibility of a safe Tummy Tuck in the future. Be encouraged. Dr. Cárdenas

Answer: BBL --> Tummy Tuck + Breast Aug Thank you for your question regarding how you should stage your breast, bbl, and tummy tuck procedures. I recommend you first do your BBL; this way you can get optimal fat from the tummy (and the rest of your body). Return for a tummy tuck and breast augmentation two to three months later. This will give you optimal results. With your tummy tuck, make sure your surgeon performs muscle plication. This will bring in your waistline by an additional 2-5 inches and give you an hourglass figure. Congratulations on your weight loss of over 100 pounds. That's incredible! Best of luck to you.

Answer: Tummy tuck before BBL Polite546372, it is difficult to say what you would benefit from the most without an in-person evaluation. Typical a patient with a significant weight loss history would be a good candidate for a circumferential body lift, which would lift excess outer thigh skin as well as lift the butocks. In a circumferential lift fat can be rotated into the buttocks, so to answer your question the BBL can be done at the same time as a circumferential lift. An BBL can also be done with an extended abdominoplasty, with the difference mainly being you will not get the outer thigh lift and the BBL is done with fat grafting from the abdomen rather than with a flap of tissue from the flanks.

Answer: Tummy tuck before or after BBL? Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for 360 liposuction and BBL which will help create a beautiful hourglass shape for you. It can be combined with breast surgery at the same time. It does't appear that you have enough excess skin for a full tummy tuck, however, it's difficult to tell based only on the photos. I would recommend to obtain an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to further discuss your options and expectations. I hope this helps. Answer: Need tummy tuck, things to consider when determining order Based on your photographs, you have excess skin, mainly of the lower abdomen, with stretch marks. The amount of excess skin you have will not go away with J-Plasma. You would need a tummy tuck or extended tummy tuck to remove the extra skin. You would not need an incision that goes all the way around. In terms of how to best address your tummy, breasts and buttocks, there is no right answer. Each surgeon has their preferences on how many procedures can safely be performed at one time and how to pair them to optimize your aesthetic results. There are pros and cons when considering the order of tummy tuck and BBL. Liposuction for BBL may create loose skin, if the skin does not contract afterwards. So, if the tummy tuck is performed before the BBL, your tummy may not be as tight and smooth. If the tummy tuck is performed after the BBL, the excess skin and fat of the lower tummy is thrown away. The fat could have been used to add to your BBL. I would recommend consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to come up with the best plan for you.
