"Had my implants explanted with a breast lift. I knew I wouldn't have upper pole fullness and was ok with that. I feel like I have so much extra skin above my nipples still. All the photos I have seen of lifts never have all that skin still. Does it look like I need a revision?"
Answer: Revision Unfortunately, the lift you had was inadequate and did not address your upper breast skin as well. You will need a revision and the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift revision? It's difficult to tell from the provided photo if a lift revision is indicated. If there is excess skin then a revision could help to improve the look. If you recently had your procedure you will want to wait 6-9 months before considering a revision to allow time for the tissues to heal and settle.

Answer: Breast lift results Dear Ktaylor30, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
