The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

For no implant and no vertical scar the best choice would be a donut mastopexy which only involves a scar around the outer border of the areolas.

You are an ideal case for a lollipop lift with implants. The vertical scar heals the best. If you opt for something like a donut or crescent lift you won't get a good result.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You need the vertical scar to help lift and correctly reshape your breasts, or it may be too wide and stretch your areolae.

Hello and thanks for sharing your pictures. There are different breast uplift techniques and each of the techniques can treat the different level of sagging. Considering your sagging level and situation, the best technique for your case will be breast uplift procedure with with central pedicle(anchor scar) technique. You can have any other techniques of breast uplift(such as donut scar) but the result that you will get will not be satisfactory like anchor scar and you may have sagging breast tissue in the near future. To have the best result, I strongly suggest you to have anchor scar breast uplift procedure.
