Explant with breast lift. I feel like I have so much extra skin above my nipples. Do I need a revision?

Had my implants explanted with a breast lift. I knew I wouldn't have upper pole fullness and was ok with that. I feel like I have so much extra skin above my nipples still. All the photos I have seen of lifts never have all that skin still. Does it look like I need a revision?

Just based on your photos, you will need at least the vertical lift. The peri-areolae lift will not be sufficient for you. Some surgeons will only do the anchor lift.
