Nausea only when I'm standing up?

Hi, I just had abdominal Lipostructure and I am trying to walk around to get the blood going only I feel extremely nauseous and light headed when I get moving.

Liposuction and Hair Loss, any Connection?

Liposuction has no direct relation to hair loss. Hair loss can be due to a variety of other factors including genetics, physical stress (surgery, car accident) & emotional stress, pregnancy, lack of protein.. etc. If you have concerns I suggest consulting an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

13 days post lipo of flanks, abdomen and back... all areas are hard as a rock. What's going on?

Thank you for your question. You are still very early in the post - operative recovery period. Swelling will slowly subside over the next three - six months. You may wear a compression garment over the next several months if you feel it helps. Hope this helps and good luck with your recovery.

Compression garments for arms after lipo?

When performing liposuction to the arms on my clients I recommend 4 weeks of wearing the compression garment. If the patient is still experiencing some swelling I often discuss wearing it another 2 weeks or so. Hope that helps!

Fat can return after liposuction from changes in body anatomy and metabolism as well as diet and exercise.  Repeat liposuction might be necessary.
