So I have a naturally very low lying butt crease, I'm trying times of exercises to get rid of it but nothing works period I had a small amount of fat removed from lipo to a Nexus roll underneath my butt cheek last year but it did not help my crease. I do not want a lower body lift and I really don't think I need it but I would love to figure out how I can get my low crease to a normal height. I know they had a surgery where the scar is creating a new butt crease but is there another option?
Answer: Butt implants? It is very difficult to determine the exact size and shape implant you will require to best match your ideal butt image without an examination by a board certified plastic surgeon. Not just any board certified plastic surgeon, but one with many years of frequently performing breast augmentation surgery including different approaches, techniques and implant choices. This is because several measurements not to mention your breast characteristics are needed to determine the optimal implant size to obtain your goals. Without knowing these dimensions it would be difficult to make this determination. For example, the existing base width of your buttock will determine, in many cases, the maximal volume per implant profile that you can accommodate. Liposuction of your lower back and fat transfer is also helpful as an adjunct to implants. Using “want to be” photos however are useful if simply provided to the surgeon.

Answer: Low Buttock Crease Unfortunately, liposuction of the banana roll (roll under your crease) is probably what created this appearance. Further liposuction will only make this worse. The only options are to cut it out and raise the crease, but this would leave a scar. I have done this before with a nice result, but the patient was very well informed about the scar. She did not like her appearance in tight pants, but did not wear bikinis. The better options is to perform a Brazilian butt lift and add fat to the buttock to lift it off the fold. Make sure you consult an experienced plastic surgeon. Good luck.

Answer: Low butt-posterior thigh fold Liposuction in an attempt to lower or further define this fold could make the problem much worse. And because you have no sagging issue, an excision-based buttock lift would also not be of great help as well. Good luck and best wishes.

Answer: Modification of low butt crease? You simply have variation within a wide range of normal "butt crease" (aka infra-gluteal fold). Unfortunately there is no aesthetically pleasing way to modify this without making it either worse (likely with more liposuction) or a visible long scar (with a lower buttock tuck). Glad to be of help.

Answer: Low butt crease Hi and thanks for your question,You have a difficult problem. Indeed, liposuction of the area may actually make it worse and won't help. Additional volume would give a slight lift to the crease but would not change it significantly.Hope this helps!
