I'm having blurry vision and headaches ghosting starburst and alot glares at night I'm really hoping I can get a doctor that can help me

To answer this question, you really have to go get a consultation at a surgical center to evaluate the cause of the glare and halos.

I would seek a second opinion from a local refractive suergeon, if you are not satisfied with your current doctor. Irregularities of the cornea my be fixed with contact lenses, or you may require repeat PRK. You may also have a cataract that are causing your symptoms.
