It can take a while for halos and glare to go away post-PRK. I find that most patients start to see less issues with halos and glare around 3-6 months post-PRK and that they have the most trouble with halos and glare between months 1-3 post PRK. A really thick re-wetting drop will often help in clearing the vision temporarily.
Digital media is okay and will not hinder your healing. While using computers or phones, it is important that you keep your eyes hydrated with artificial tears, remembering to blink, and taking frequent short breaks.
As you are continuing to heal, there is a time between 1-3 months that some patients do have some double or triple images especially notices at night. This phenomenon tends to go away by month three if not before. A nice thick rewetting drop will often help that vision to sharpen while you wait for your eyes to continue healing.
