Blurred distance vision. Could it be better after months or its stable now?

I am 43 female i was farsighted but one year ago i suffer also from difficulty in reading l have a monovision laser 3 months ago l have perfect close vision few days after surgery but still blurred distance vision Sometimes i feel its become better
