Can I get a BBL if I had Liposuction 12 years ago?

Thank you for uploading your pictures. You are a great candidate for liposuction and a BBL. But because you had liposuction in the past, your new results could be potentially affected. When doing any type of liposuction the surgeon is creating trauma. Trauma can result in scar tissue. So when performing another liposuction it is important that the surgeon spend more time and effort on that area to prevent any lumps & bumps from the previous scar tissue. The new liposuction will require more effort on the surgeon's side to ensure great results.

Having had lipo 12 years ago will not prevent you from having a BBL. Fat can be taken from many different areas including abdomen, sides, back, bra rolls, thighs, arms, underarms, etc. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of BBLs annually.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
