Can I get the hips and butt projection?

Question

I’d like a BBL 360 to achieve hips and buttock projection. Please look at my pictures and let me know if this is possible. I’d like a smaller waist with flat stomach. What should I realistically expect?

It seems like you can benefit from a BBL; fat can be taken from many different areas (abdomen, sides, back, bra rolls, thighs, arms, etc) depending upon the areas of excess and what your goals may be. Most patients get an immense benefit with maximal liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back to obtain the smallest waist possible and then maximal fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. The goal is to transfer fat from areas where you find it displeasing to areas in which you would like more volume.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) coupled with liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and mid to lower back. You are a good candidate for a BBL. Weight loss would also improve your overall aesthetic with or without the BBL procedure.

The BBL is in fact two procedures done at the same time. For the liposuction aspect I recommend treating your “full torso” which is your full abdomen a.k.a. abdomen 360 but should include your full back and under arm area to avoid having a flared wedge shaped torso.

Delivering consistent liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than people believe it. For that reason I recommend having multiple in person consultations to find the most talented an experienced provider for this procedure in your community.
