I feel like my breast have always been heavy towards the bottom. But especially since having my first child. I am currently pregnant with #2 and trying to decide how to “fix” them after the baby

Answer: Wait a bit Congratulations on your second child! Once you’ve waited about 6 months after you’ve given birth or stopped breastfeeding (whichever happens last) you can consider cosmetic breast surgery. This waiting period allows your breasts to return to as close to their pre-pregnancy shape as possible, so results from surgery will be more predictable and longer lasting. At that time, you can consider a breast lift, which can reshape your breasts so that they’re perkier and have more fullness in the upper portion.

Answer: Tubular or saggy? Congratulations on your pregnancy! Once you are at least three to six months postpartum and/or three months from cessation of breastfeeding you can consider a breast lift. This will remove excess skin, raise the position of the nipple, improve symmetry and shape.. You can also consider an implant if you are wanting more volume.

Answer: Tubular or just saggy breasts Thank you for your query. You do seem to have tubular breasts with a narrow base. Having a breast lift can certainly improve both the sagginess and the shape of the breast, once you are ready. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you at that time and help you with all your concerns. All the best.
