How much volume does postoperative swelling typically add?

Hi! A year ago I underwent tuberous breast correction using 200cc silicone implants. I wish to exchange my implants for larger ones as I preferred how I looked with postoperative swelling. Unfortunately I didn't take photographs, which would make size selection easier. My question is this: is there a predictable volume that postoperative swelling adds to breasts? Would an extra 50-75cc be enough, or would I need something larger? (I'm guessing it's too variable to know, though.)

This is difficult to determine without a definitive physical examination. I think that there is certainly some element of ptosis ("saggy") and also a mild tuberous breast deformity.
