7 days ago I had shaped, textured silicone 225cc implants placed under the muscle. I have been sleeping on my back, but I am naturally a side sleeper. When is it safe for me to go back to sleeping on my side? Will sleeping on my side cause my implants to shift/move?

Hi. You are very early post op, and your breasts will still change considerably over the coming weeks and months. That said, everything appears to be in good shape at this time and I suspect that you will have a lovely final result.
It appears you have a lot of implant that is not showing due to the pressure of your pectoralis muscles. It may take a month or more for you to see the full result. All of my sub muscular patients get muscle relaxants after the surgery which helps the muscle stretch to accept the implant. ...
