Hi, I am 28 days post Neograft... Up until about 3 weeks post transplant I had not lost to many grafts that were implanted (for receding hairline). Within the last week I have noticed quite a bit of the grafts have fallen out and the grafts left have become very thin/fine, almost feel like dried up dead hair. I know that it's normal to "shed" the implanted hairs during this "shock" phase, so is the "thinning" description I gave for the hairs left what they call "shedding" or is this bad? Thanks!

Answer: Neograft is just an instrument used to take out the hair grafts. It is not a type of surgery.

I have tried this on one side and not on the other side and did this for a year on many patients. The results clearly showed there was not difference between the two side (rogain and not rogain). This clearly shows that this drug does not speed up transplant growth.
Dear Balding21Thanks for the question. There is no age limit as such for a hair transplantation. But people under the age group of 18 years to 80 years usually options for hair transplantation as the symptoms of balding and spot balding occur within this span of life. I wish you all the best.
