What are these hard bumps along my incision line two months after having hairline advancement surgery? (photos)

It may be a scar or it may be an anchoring implanted device called Endotines.  It is a good idea to follow up with your doctor for an exam.  They are usually well behind the hair line.

You may have had an Endotine device placed under these in the Incisions causing the bumps. These typically dissolve within approximately six months. Consult your surgeon to find out what was used.

These problems must be evaluated by your doctor. This does not sound like a normal post operative course and only your doctor just judge if these symptoms are significant problems.

It could be in grown hair.  You need to follow up with your doctor when yo use some thing unusall.  It is wise to contact your doctor for a follow up.,

What you may be feeling are Endotines   or similar fixation devices that are often used to hold the advanced scalp forward. They are supposed to dissolve somewhere between three and six months. Ask your surgeon if that is the situation.
