What are these hard bumps along my incision line two months after having hairline advancement surgery? (photos)

bumps following the incision line, they all sort of click if I touch them. Just today I've found a couple new ones, and others seem to be swollen. my head gets itchy on the top, which is strange since it's still numb. Though it's itchy, I can't get satisfaction from itching but I still get my boyfriend to scratch the top of my numb head? I keep him away from the bumps but once in awhile he'll accidentally hit one. The one bump clicks every time I raise my eyebrows(as of tonight) and it's painful
