I got my breast augmentation August 2022. I’m a 22 year old female, 5 feet tall, and around 100 pounds. My size prior to surgery was 30/32 A. I was going for around a C/D cup so I had chosen 350 CCs. Day of surgery my surgeon suggested doing 415 CCs instead, I didn’t have a chance to try them on so I just went with it. They are way too big. they sit unnaturally on my frame. Not sure if it’s possible to fix without surgery? They are wider than my chest so they hang over the side. suggestions?

Answer: Implants that are too big for my frame Unfortunately, there is no way to achieve you goals without surgery. To reduce your volume, you could replace your implants with smaller prostheses. Smaller implant will also reduce the width and the width can be further reduced by changing the profile. Going from your current 415cc implants to 350cc may be inadequate for your goals. A 65cc reduction is only a change of 2.2 ounces. Discuss your concerns and options with your surgeon.

Answer: Surgery Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, the only solution to make your breasts smaller is to put in a smaller implant. I would suggest talking to your surgeon to see if he/she can work with you to make that happen. Good luck!
