Yes. You may benefit from combination treatments. Some vascular lasers (PDL or KTP) would be best for redness. Kenalog injections may help to flatten the scar and the irregularities may be treated after with some kind of resurfacing (resurfacing lasers or micro needling or both) for even texture. Good luck!
