Treatment for permanent bruising post subdermal injection? (Photos)

Question

So, it all started when I used to get acne across my chest when I was on the incorrect contraceptive pill. When i started roaccutane, my skin healed pretty quickly but I was left with one singular raised keloid scar. I have had this treated with intrapersonal corticosteroids which helped flatten the scar significantly, but I am now left with a permanent bruise. Are there any treatments or lasers to help me with this? It has been this way since jan 2022 and is not improving.

Vbeam laser is an excellent modality for patients who have rosacea, blushing of the skin, facial and body telangiectasia, spider veins, redness, post surgical redness, and skin flushing. Yes. You may benefit from combination treatments. Some vascular lasers (PDL or KTP) would be best for redness. Kenalog injections may help to flatten the scar and the irregularities may be treated after with some kind of resurfacing (resurfacing lasers or micro needling or both) for even texture. Good luck!
