Age 33 - what will help my skin redness & pores? (Photo)

I’m hoping I can attach a photo, but I am really shocked at how my skin looked in a photo my lash tech took. My pores look huge and you can see lots of redness. This is something that I was aware of before this photo but this photo emphasised how bad my skin is! I’m nearly 33, is my skin really bad for my age? I’ve always taken care of my skin I.e spf and no sunbathing, always moisturise and use active acids and sometimes retinols. I’d like to know what can improve my skin.
