50 yr old- would the Quanta Discovery Pico laser cause facial fat loss when using it for facial rejuvenation? (photo)

I am 50 yrs old and I have sun damage from years in the sun. I also have some hollowing along with crepey skin under my eyes along with marionette lines and skin laxity in my chin area with minor PIH after prp micro needling. I want to tighten my skin before resorting to fillers. I was told that this laser would help all the above but my concern is apoptosis. I'd definitely like to avoid that :)
