I've been looking for a specialist whom I could trust my skin, nails and hair for a long time. My goal was to find a real doctor, a real professional. I was lucky to be advised about Dr. Viktoriya Kazlouskaya and her cute Manhattan clinic Dermatology Circle PLLC. I tried Botox for the first time, and it helped to minimize my eye wrinkles and lighten my heavy eyelids. I also started PRX peel treatment, and my skin is literally glowing! You can safely use this peel even in summer, wow! Dr. K, thank you for your golden hands!
AMAZING! I had the most amazing experience with this doctor she was so helpful so kind so caring walked me through the entire process of doing Botox on my forehead, chin, gummy smile, and crows feet. Again I highly recommend.
Dr.Kazlovskaya is brilliant, she is very knowledgeable and friendly, she is extremely patient and will give you the time of day to hear you out and answer all questions and concerns. Her bed side manners are amazing and she is very honest with her responses. Highly recommend Dr.Kazlovskaya, she is the best
I have struggled with acne all my life. Millions of facial cleansings were done, but all were without results or the results were only for a while. I decided to do micro-needling on my face, paid $400. And I am impressed with the result. At first there was a few days of slight redness and peeling of the skin (3-4 days), but then my acne disappeared, the skin tightened and began to shine. My acne scarring was also starting to disappear slightly which impressed me the most. I wholeheartedly recommend micro needing for acne. Also, I am very grateful to the doctor, she is the best!! The procedure was performed very smoothly and recommend her and the the procedure to everyone.
I see Viktoryia each year for my regular refresh - Botox and fillers. She always knows what to do to looks anger and fresh. I will recommend Victoria as the best doctor.
Dr. Viktoriya Kazlouskaya, I want to start of by saying thank you so much for everything. I am extremely grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and professional dermatologist who helped me resolve my skin issues and hair loss that I have been struggling with for years. Not only did she diagnose and prescribe, but she also took her own time to thoroughly explain to me what the condition is, what are the causes and the solution. I have never met a doctor that will sit with you and explain detail by detail on the biological reasons to such issues. She is truly amazing as a person and the best doctor out there. I was recommended to see her multiple times and now I understand why so many love her. Thank you again Doctor ! Tight hairstyles can lead to traction alopecia, or hair loss. While the condition is reversible in the early stages, it may become irreversible if left untreated. Early management, including adopting looser styles, is essential. In some cases, steroid injections can help promote quicker regrowth. Best, Dr. K
As a dermatopathologist and dermatologist specializing in hair loss treatment, I can say that the pathology of hair loss is highly complex. Some degree of inflammation occurs in androgenetic alopecia (pattern hair loss), which can sometimes be misdiagnosed as lichen planopilaris (LPP). It’s essential for the physician to take a comprehensive approach, integrating clinical examination, trichoscopy, and dermatopathology findings to make an accurate diagnosis. If you would like a second opinion, I would be happy to consult with you at my clinic performing a clinical examination, trichoscopy and I may examine your biopsy specimen. Best of luck, Dr. K
Patients with androgenetic alopecia may experience periods of worsening. These can be linked to seasonal shedding, telogen effluvium (with low iron often playing a role), or natural fluctuations in androgenetic alopecia itself. Often, there’s no need to worry, especially if you already have a good treatment regimen. For selected patients, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections can help reduce shedding quickly. Discuss iron supplementation with your physician. Standard photography and trichoscopy are very helpful to effectively monitor any improvement or worsening over time.
I’d be happy to help you! First, Morpheus8 is not the best option and is not specifically approved for skin tightening. It works better for acne scars and superficial wrinkles. For skin tightening, you should consider procedures such as Ultherapy, Sofwave, or Thermage. Sofwave is also approved for treating acne scars and works very well for depressed scars. It should be safe to use even if you’re on Accutane, as it doesn’t burn the upper layer of the skin. Best luck in your journey to clean and radiant skin! Dr. K
This should be evaluated by a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in hair loss. While it could be due to an injury, a significant one with bleeding would be expected. Certain conditions, like discoid lupus, can present similarly, and sometimes a biopsy is necessary for accurate diagnosis.
