I just had Instalift threading done 4 days ago and I have 3 noticeable dimples on each side of cheeks. How long can I expect these to disappear?
Answer: Instalift Dimpling This is a good question! One thing that is important to note is if the dimpling occurred from thread placement or from the threads themselves. Usually in our office we see the patient back in two weeks and the threads have settled down. However, in certain select cases it may take longer than that 6-8 weeks. The Instalift within the first 3 months lifts by the thread alone but as time goes on stimulates more collagen production resulting in long term results. The best way to make an accurate statement in your case is to see a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon that is well versed in Instalift for a consultation.

Answer: Dimples after Silhouette InstaLift Thank you, Linda, for your question. I see my patients two weeks after placement of the InstaLift threads. At that time, any dimples have resolved. Patients report that the procedure and recovery are virtually pain-free.

Answer: Healing after the Silhouette InstaLift™ typically takes about 2 weeks. Following your InstaLift procedure, it's normal to see some swelling, dimpling or unevenness for the first week. This should resolve on its own by about 2 weeks at the latest. If you don't see the improvements you hope for by then, schedule a follow-up to check back in with your provider.
