Do dents from Instalift go away even after months?

Thank you for your question. It is possible to have areas of dimpling days to weeks out after the procedure where the skin appearance will improve on its own with time. Since the area you are concerned about has not improved on its own in the first four months, I recommend that you see your physician for re-evaluation. If it is skin changes only, they may recommend massage techniques or other topical or injection treatments to help the healing process. 

Thank you for your question.  I would encourage you to visit your physician for another examination as the 'dents' typically resolve in the first couple weeks and should not be present after several months.  A simple maneuver to disengage the overlying tissue from the suture may be needed to help resolve this and can be done in the office.

It is hard to say without more information.  I encourage you to return to the physician who performed your lift for an evaluation.
