Can the silhouette lift be used for a very slight browlift?

Yes, silhouette soft lift can be used for slight browlift. It is minimally invasive with hardly any down time and you get a subtle brow lift which lasts you approximately 12-15 months. It can be done with just one suture on each side.

Thank you for your question. At this time, Silhouette Instalift is not indicated for browlift. However, there are physicians that are using it in the brow. Yet in our experience it tends not to last as long in the brow as in other areas of the face and achieving symmetry in the brow can be challenging. But the procedure continues to be perfected in the brow so stay tuned as the medical community continues to progress with minimally invasive skin and brow lifting.

Yes, Silhouette can be used in the brow to lift it modestly.  It is thin enough that it would be unlikely to show through the skin, unless your forehead skin is very thin.  A competent practitioner should be able to tell you if it is safe for you in that location.  One thread on each side is typically sufficient.

The soluble sutures is inserted mid-face , and engaged into the dermis.  Overtime, your body will naturally metabolize the suture, causing it to stimulate your own collagen. The results may last up to 18 months. Currently it is not FDA approved to lift the brows in the United States.

although not yet approved for this usage by the fda many physicians have been using it for successful brow lifts. generally one to two sutures on each side are suitable.

Silhouette InstaLift can be used for to lift the eyebrows. The procedure uses
absorbable lift sutures that tighten the skin and stimulate collagen as they
dissolve over time. For more information, I recommend getting a formal
evaluation from a board-certified dermatologist. 

 The Silouette Instalift is
a nonsurgical procedure FDA cleared for the midface.  We are trialling
other areas such as the neck.  While the brow is an area of interest for
use of the Silloutte Instalift it may not be effective.  Because of the
way Instalift works it uses the soft tissue to fixate and lift.  Because
there is not much soft tissue in the forehead it may not be as effective. 
However,  it is definitely  a procedure of interest to many patients
as well as clinicians.

The Silhouette Soft is used in Europe for lateral brow lift, generally with the 8 cone suture- one on each lateral brow.  It has been performed in my practice with wonderful results and minimal downtime.
