Yes, you can still have filler under your eyes with noticeable veins. I recommend injections with cannulas. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer

These can be improved with a combination approach of fillers, lasers, microneedling/prp. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for your question. There are a variety of treatments available to treat acne scars and the best treatment does depend on the severity of your acne scars as well as your skin type. I have seen great improvement with PicoSkin + PRP + Microneedling and sometimes a filler....
Thanks for the great question! Fillers work great to replace areas of volume loss that either are genetic or which happen over time. There should not be any stiffness associated with long term filler use as most fillers are broken down and removed with the body over the course of 12-24 months. ...
