What treatments are available for transverse nasal creases not due allergies? (Photo)

I have had this line across my nose since my teenage years. I don't excessively rub my nose, and tried Retin-A and other lightening creams prescribed by dermatologist's that don't seem to work. My sister and mom both have the same line. The line is exactly where the nasal bone ends and cartilage begins on my nose.
