What treatments are available for transverse nasal creases not due allergies? (Photo)

Question

I have had this line across my nose since my teenage years. I don't excessively rub my nose, and tried Retin-A and other lightening creams prescribed by dermatologist's that don't seem to work. My sister and mom both have the same line. The line is exactly where the nasal bone ends and cartilage begins on my nose.

Hello and thanks for posting.
One of the most effective treatments for horizontal nasal creases are PDO threads. These threads are placed with either a cannula or needle and stimulate collagen. The collagen build up at the junction of the nasal bone and cartilage will soften the crease. 
  
For the hyperpigmentation you might consider a series of microneedle treatments. This skin resurfacing procedure evens out skin tone and is an effective means to deal with excessive pigment in darker-skin individuals.
