Is there a treatment for firming hanging skin from inner upper arm?

I having hanging skin on my upper inner arms, although I am thin and have some muscle definition. 66 years old. Would ultherapy or thermage be helpful? Thanks for a reply.

Thank you for your question.  In my practice we have seen good results with Ulthera for skin tightening on arms, but of course results vary.  Without seeing your problem it is difficult to make appropriate recommendations, so I would recommend seeing a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon that offers these treatments.Good Luck!Dr. Shah
