Exilis elite vs ultherapy for stomach buttocks flank and thigh?

I weigh 114 pounds and have possible 1/2 inch of loose skin from childbirth to include stretchmarks. I would like my skin tightened and lifted but cannot afford to lose much fat. I am told skin tightening does help the appearance of stretchmarks and I would like my skin tightened in all of the areas mentioned.

I think Forma works the best for skin tightening of the body. Ultherapy works as well but works best on the face. Look at the results of Forma for body tightening. There are many things on the market so you should do your research.

Thank you for your question.  I personally do not have experience with the Exilis Elite but have used other radiofrequency devices and find ulthera generally is more effective.  However, everybody responds differently.  Tightening may or may not improve the appearance of the stretch marks and often I combine ulthera with a resurfacing laser to improve stretch marks.  Good Luck!Dr. Shah

Thank you for your question.I have performed Ultherapy on the face and neck since 2010.I think it will be very expensive and not so effective for you to get Ultherapy for the flanks, buttocks or thighs - for it to be effective for such areas, you would need 2,000 plus treatment lines and this will cost you over 6,000 dollars.Seek a plastic surgeon for an in person evaluation before you spend your money.
