I weigh 114 pounds and have possible 1/2 inch of loose skin from childbirth to include stretchmarks. I would like my skin tightened and lifted but cannot afford to lose much fat. I am told skin tightening does help the appearance of stretchmarks and I would like my skin tightened in all of the areas mentioned.

I would ask your doctor. I would not recommend ultherapy if the treads were just put in. Make sure you ask your doctor where he put the threads and what he recommends.
