I had tear trough filler done in June 2017 and then again in May 2018. December 2018 I developed hard cystic red lumps under my tear troughs. It feels like 2 hard lumps taking up space under my skin. I had an X-ray and ultrasound, antibiotics and now Hyaluronidaze with little relief. Does anyone know what is happening and why this happened so late post injections? I just want these lumps gone! Please help!
