Are there any surgeons in the Toronto/Ontario that specialize in Trachea shaves? (shaving of the adams apple) (photos)

I am a MTF transsexual and it seems allot of doctors don't offer this procedure.. I was quoted 6K from someone which I think is ridiculous. Ive already spent lots on my transition and would like to find someone in my area who specializes in this. (not have to travel to the US) so if anyone could point me in the right direction.. that would be great.
