I am a MTF transsexual and it seems allot of doctors don't offer this procedure.. I was quoted 6K from someone which I think is ridiculous. Ive already spent lots on my transition and would like to find someone in my area who specializes in this. (not have to travel to the US) so if anyone could point me in the right direction.. that would be great.

A conservative shave of your Adam’s apple could give you a more feminine neck. Would have to consider that a shape of the Adams apple would only take care of the midline projection at the very top of the thyroid cartilage.
