What would you recommend for the most natural results, 295cc OR 255cc moderate profile or full profile?

Dear Sevna,    Front and side view pictures would have been helpful. If indeed you are 34 A cup size, 295 cc implants will bring you to 34 C cup size, while 255 cc will make you 34 full B cup size.     I have been in practice for over 30 years and performed breasts augmentation surgery on thousands of patient. I have noticed that women tend to over estimate their breasts size, mainly because Victoria secretes make the cup size smaller, so women feel better about their breasts size. So, if,  in reality,  you are 34 small A cup size, you will end up with 34 full B cup size or 34 B cup size respectively.    Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage, perky, symmetrical and natural looking.                               Best of luck,                                                 Dr Widder

Submuscular implants should give you the "natural" look. Your surgeon should take that into consideration whether it's the 255 or 295 cc mod(+). It should be your decision concerning size. Another option would be to use the ~255cc high profile...this gives the projection of the 295cc mod(+), but it is less wide.

Thank you for your question.  Although the difference between 255 and 295 is very slight, my strong advice is to spend a bit more time trying on implants and to view computer imaging if available.  Your surgeon and his/her staff should be able to guide you regarding the appropriate size considering your particular circumstances.  Best of luck.

The difference between the implants you've cited is less than three tablespoons.  Cup sizes are not standard across bra makers, and implant sizing is NOT based on height, weight, BMI, or desired cup size.  This is something you will need to do IN PERSON with an experienced surgeon to determine what works well for you, and to get advice about if what you like is possible and what to expect with regards to results.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified.  I've attached a link where you can start your search.  

295 will not be too big for you. that being said the smaller the implant and the less projection is always the most natural.  however I believe that you will wish that you had gone bigger

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.   The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I do this with my patients, we then look at pictures of women with similar measurements with different size breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them.

Sevna.   I appreciate your concern and desire to look as natural as possible.  I try to tailor each breast augmentation operation to my patient's desires and body type.    I ask my patients to bring in photos of breasts the size they desire, because there can otherwise be confusion because B or C cup can vary greatly by brassiere manufactures! I also utilize the implant in the bra technique, with several different implant sizes with a tighter fitting T-shirt to get an idea of what you will look like. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon and go to your consult with all your questions written down so you don't forget to ask something.

Dear sevna1999Thank you for your question!  Implant size is the most difficult aspect of breast augmentation surgery. The main premise is to have an implant diameter that is within the base diameter of your breasts.  You will lose some volume of the breast over the 6 months post surgery - due to compression of your breast tissue.With Warm RegardsTrevor M Born MD

Without examining you or seeing photos its difficult to give specific advice. If you aren't sure about the sizing then you should contact your surgeon's office to try on the implants again. Ultimately you should trust your surgeon's judgement. If you've chosen to trust them to operate on you then I would hope you trust their advice regarding what implants to go with. Best of luck!
