Hi there, I'm 25 5'7 115 pounds, with very little breast tissue (currently 34 A). I have my BA date booked. My surgeon recommended 295CC Mod plus, smooth round. But now I'm leaning more towards 255CC, because my end goal is to achieve a "nature look". My body type is slim athletic, so I'm worried about going too big and being to top heavy. I still want to keep my slim figure and have nature looking breast. Will 295cc be to big for me? Thank you

If indeed you are 34 A cup size, 295 cc implants will bring you to 34 C cup size, while 255 cc will make you 34 full B cup size. I have been in practice for over 30 years and performed breasts augmentation surgery on thousands of patient. I have noticed that women tend to over estimate their breasts size, mainly because Victoria secretes make the cup size smaller, so women feel better about their breasts size. So, if, in reality, you are 34 small A cup size, you will end up with 34 full B cup size or 34 B cup size respectively. Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage, perky, symmetrical and natural looking. Cup sizes are not standard across bra makers, and implant sizing is NOT based on height, weight, BMI, or desired cup size. This is something you will need to do IN PERSON with an experienced surgeon to determine what works well for you, and to get advice about if what you like is possible and what to expect with regards to results. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified. Answer: Which implant 295 will not be too big for you. that being said the smaller the implant and the less projection is always the most natural. however I believe that you will wish that you had gone bigger
