Orbital decompression or malar/cheekbone implants or orbital rim implants for pseudoproptosis? (photos)

Thriving3645
Already been to an ophthalmologist/ocularplastic surgeon who diagnosed me with pseudoproptosis. He said the cause of my pseudoproptosis is "Midface Hypoplasia secondary to flatted cheekbones". He used a Hertel measuring device and said both my eyes were 20mm. (Normal Range) I have chronic dry eyes from not being able to close my eyes at night, so this problem I need to take into consideration as well.
