Hello everyone, I had a tummy tuck , BBL back in June of 2019. When I saw the size of my BBL I was I in shock of how big it was. A year later my BBL is still the same size but it's saggy. I hate it so much, I hate that it huge doesn't fit well with my legs and my body sizes and it's saggy. What are my options? A buttock or a BBL revision? Thank you!

In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Over filling buttocks with fat can often create a diaper butt.  This often does not show up until later.  Revision can be tricky.  Before pictures would be helpful.  See multiple surgeons who are experienced with this procedure.

Thank you for your question and photos.  Pre-operative photos would help aid in diagnosing what happened with your BBL.
I agree that the BBL is not the desired shape.  I'm not sure that liposuction of the lower and lateral buttocks will cure this condition.  You may require lifting as well.  
An in office consultation would be required.

That’s a pretty unusual outcome for a BBL. If you want us to make the assessment on the outcome of a surgical procedure you need to post proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones he or she took before the procedure.

I have a feeling your result is not just related to fat transfer but also to how Liposuction was done. Did you have liposuction of your thighs?

I’m sure some improvement is possible but it may not be possible to restore you to a pre-surgery body.  This is especially true if the result is related to Liposuction rather than fat transfer.

I have a feeling that fat was removed from underneath your buttocks on the back of your thigh.

I suggest you follow up with your provider.
