Hi, my primary rhinoplasty took too much and I'm hopeful for better results for a revision. I am hoping to have cartilage grafting to help reshape/add to my bridge, tip and length. I understand one of the factors is your skin to which I have thin skin, will that work against my hopes? Thank you for your responses.

What you're seeing up your nostril is a prominent foot the lower lateral cartilage which is pushing into your airway. A thorough internal examination of your nose also required to make a determination if there's any other issues such as valve collapse, deviated septum, or turbinate hypertrophy....
