Is it safe to get my wisdom teeth removed after rhinoplasty?

there is absolutely no problem having Wisdom teeth removal after Rhinoplasty.
In fact, when both operations are required, I have on Oral surgeon remove the teeth under the same General anaesthetic, just before I do the nose.

I would say it’s quite safe to have wisdom teeth removed after rhinoplasty. It’s unlikely the oral surgeon will have to lean on the new nose.
