Could I be needing a septoplasty or a rhinoplasty, or both? (Photos)

Hi. When I was a kid, I needed surgery for a blocked airway causing pus leaking from one eye, which my parents declined. I'm 22 and still suffer from sinus issues, nosebleeds and migraines and I'd like to know if a septoplasty could fix that? Would I be eligible? I'd be open to a rhino to fix the aesthetic of my nose too, or would a septo be enough for that as well? I love my side profile but the front of my nose is too large and asymmetric I think. Thanks :)

Technically there is no way of making it as it has been previously. An experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon can make touch ups which will improve your current appearance and reshape your nose in the most natural way as if you didn't have a surgery. Good luck in your research.

Can't tell anything from the provided photos because it's cut off. That said, what does your nose look like now? That's all that matters.

Dear Katy777, This is a good question.The piezo tips in the States are considered to be single-use only.This means that if you had to use for example 5 tips in one patient you would have to pay 1000$ or more just for the tips. This was not the case in Europe where officially a tip could be used...

You’ve posed a great question. I can’t think of a reason why it would still hurt to wear glasses 6 months after rhinoplasty. It’s possible that you had sensitivity on the bridge of your nose prior to the procedure and are simply hyper aware of the discomfort now. You may want to consider alter...

Thank you for your question. Typically patients with more sebaceous (oily) skin tend to have thicker skin. This skin type can have more swelling, and that takes time to settle. Hope this answers your question.
