With surgery your tip can be made less bulbous and the columella can be modified too. However, a thorough examination is needed for more information and recommendation.

You are a great candidate for a "Tip Rhinoplasty". The tip can be made smaller or less "bulbous" and the columella can be modified as well. Because you have very thick skin, it may take many months to appreciate your new nasal tip shape.
