Can rhinoplasty fix these issues? or am I better off leaving my nose alone? (Photo)

Hello, I'm 20yo and am of aboriginal descent so I was given kind of thick skin with large pores that gets pretty oily. I don't like the tip of my nose and how shapeless it looks from the front. I also wonder about my profile and how deepset the area is where my nose meets my brow and if there was a way to build on it to make my brow less masculine from the side. Also my columella is hidden? does that affect the aesthetic a lot? I understand that thick skin has its issues in rhinoplasty?

You appear to have a wide, overprojected tip appearance, and a retracted columella. Your bridge width and height may be fine, and this may preclude the necessity of bony work during rhinoplasty.
