Can I receive a lip lift to raise my mouth? (Photo)

Im doing research on cosmetic surgery, and want to raise my lips/mouth. without a chin implant, can i use a lip lift to raise my overall mouth. like shortening the philtrum, but also increasing the distance between my mouth and chin as seen in the pictures.
