I'm a mid-forties career woman. Although the lip lift looks beautiful, the change in the base of my nose is so different I am receiving comments from colleagues and clients. In all honesty, I'm not happy with the width change either. What can be done to make it less noticeable and possibly restore the nostrils to their original position?

If you want more volume and fullness to your lips, fat transfer makes the most sense vs a lip lift. A lip lift is a procedure specifically to shorten philtrums (with the added benefit of revealing more of the top lip) so yes, it's most appropriate for people with long philtrums.
