Yes - you are likely a good candidate. The best picture is mouth open slightly with lips at rest (not smiling). That's how we can truly assess where you are. But, we should be able to lift your lip well, including the corners. Sometimes we add volume at the sides and other times we add a "corner lift". But, getting it right, in the office, should be achievable.

From the photos it would appear a filler, such as Belotero Balance used to along the vermilion border of the upper lip would not only define the lip more, but provide the necessary lip to create a more sensual look. A more robust HA filler, such as Restylane Lyft fanned around the angles of the mouth would elevate and straighten the downturned angles. Both treatments, in expeienced hands, should not take more than about five minutes each and typically engenders an immediate "Wow!" result.
