Hello is this considered a buried penis? Would insurance cover any surgery? (photos)

Question

Hi I've been dealing with this penis issue where my penis goes inside my body. It's very annoying especially when going to the bathroom. I tend to have huge pee spots after using the bathroom because my penis goes inside me and doesn't completely empty. Is there anything I can do to fix this besides surgery? Thank you for any help and recommendations.

You do have a buried or hidden penis. Only surgery can resolve this problem. I have published extensively on the surgery to correct the buried penis in the plastic surgery literature. The idea of the surgery is to stabilize the penile skin to the penis, so that it cannot bury. It usually involves removing the pubic fat, excising some pubic skin if it is drooping, and suturing the pubic skin to the underlying muscles. You will also need tacking of the skin on the underside of the penis to the penis at the junction of the penis and scrotum. The surgery is relatively non-invasive, but very few physicians know how to correctly do the surgery. It is highly successful.

Buried penis can be repaired using conservative (less-invasive) treatment. Patients can expect a larger penis with full sexual sensation. Depending on your personal goals, Dr. Malik will come up with a personalized treatment plan. The problem is that the penis is embedded in the excess fat tissue formed on the genital area. The name of your disease is buried penis. The main treatment is surgery. But before surgery, sports and diet are beneficial. If the penis does not appear completely with diet and sports, surgery should be performed.
