Should I stay on minocycline for biofilm until all the Sculptra is degraded?

Put on 200 mg minocycline daily due to presence of a recurrent swelling and nodularity which appeared 22 months post Sculpra. Nodularity, redness and swelling currently down 90%. I also have a swollen gland in the area and feel malaise which may or may not be related.
