How long after breast fat transfer can breasts be squeezed?

Hi! I am planning to have breast fat transfer surgery in early December. I am wondering how long after the surgery it will be possible to be intimate with my boyfriend? In particular, I’m wondering how long after the surgery we should wait before my breasts could be squeezed or touched more roughly? Thank you!

I understand your concern. It is best that you consult your plastic surgeon regarding post operative care and management (i.e including massage techniques and timing) specific to your case. Your surgeon knows your condition well and has preferences on when and what to use for faster healing and recovery. Post operative care and management depends on the type of surgery performed and the technique used during surgery among other factors.It is best, however, that you follow your plastic surgeon's advice on post operative care management for a smooth and faster healing and recovery.

You should wait three months before you have vigorous breast activity to avoid damaging your fat and causing necrosis.

I typically recommend waiting a month prior to that type of physical activity.  It's important to allow the fat cells to settle into their new home and have a strong, well established blood supply.  Make sure you always check with your surgeon first, we all have different protocols for post-op activity and care.  Good luck!
