In particular, I’m wondering how long after the surgery we should wait before my breasts could be squeezed or touched more roughly? Thank you!

Answer: Fat grafting post-op care I typically recommend waiting a month prior to that type of physical activity. It's important to allow the fat cells to settle into their new home and have a strong, well established blood supply. Make sure you always check with your surgeon first, we all have different protocols for post-op activity and care. Good luck!
