I have personally achieved very gratifying results when treating various types of undesirable forehead sloping and indentation using an appropriately low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler injected properly throughout the depression that is distorting the profile appearance. The forehead, owing to the nature of its underlying vasculature, is not an area to be left to the novice hands of inexperienced injectors accustomed to only using plain Restylane or ordinary Juvederm to fill smile folds. This is a common procedure for me to perform. We can address this in two primary ways. (1) We can remove the prominent ridge at the bottom near your eyebrows. This will already make your forehead look more vertical. (2) We can fill in above to reduce the slope but it makes your forehead heavier.Option 1 is more common and takes about 90 minutes.
