I underwent a forehead reduction almost a year ago as apart of a facial feminization surgery (FFS). While I am partially satisfied with my results, the frontal sinus was not setback and now seems to protrude in contrast to the brow bone and remaining forehead that was shaved. Is it possible to have a second procedure done to only perform the setback of the frontal sinus? Given it is only the frontal sinus, can this only be performed through an eyebrow incision?
