I am 6 months po lower blepharoplasty. I now have very dry eyes. It was a transcutaneous lower blepharoplasty, canthoplasty and canthopexy. I have seen one dry eye specialist and it was confirmed that my both my eyes are not blinking all the way so the lids don’t meet. Is there any hope this could resolve?
