Will incomplete blinks after transcutaneous lower blepharoplasty eventually resolve?

Good961826
I am 6 months po lower blepharoplasty. I now have very dry eyes. It was a transcutaneous lower blepharoplasty, canthoplasty and canthopexy. I have come to realize after taking a video in slow motion that both my eyes are only blinking part way. I have seen one dry eye specialist and it was confirmed that my both my eyes are not blinking all the way so the lids don’t meet. Is there any hope this could resolve?
