Do I have lower eyelid retraction, proptosis ,or both? I'm concerned about the amount of scleral show. What treatment options would you recommend for my situation?

It kind of looks like you might still have fat in your eyes... did they do anything to the fat in your first lower bleph? I would check that first. Second, if you can't do filler, then the other option would be to do fat grafting to add volume back.
