Excessive scleral show - how can this be improved? (Photo)

Do I have lower eyelid retraction, proptosis ,or both? I'm concerned about the amount of scleral show. What treatment options would you recommend for my situation?

It is very difficult to make and confirm diagnosis of blepharochalisis without good history and in person evaluation. However, based on your photos it appears that you do not have any scars in lateral aspect of lower eyelids or underneath eyelashes? Lateral fat pads, which seem to be reason for...

It kind of looks like you might still have fat in your eyes... did they do anything to the fat in your first lower bleph? I would check that first. Second, if you can't do filler, then the other option would be to do fat grafting to add volume back.

If you already had skin discoloration with steroid injecitons, then I don't htink it would be a good idea to continue them. You would probably be best served with a z-plasty or some kind of revision to cut/release the webbing.
